Project Cycle Management

We have capacity in all phases of the Project Cycle; from Programming-Identification-Formulation, Implementation-evaluation. Our Staff have worked with Agencies such as European Union and GAVI in Technical Assistance Projects, an area where we continue to build our strengths. We have successfully provided Technical Assistance to The Ministry of Health in Uganda, Uganda National Roads Authority and Rwanda Biomedical Center in addition to the National Primary Health Care Development Agency in Nigeria and EPI in Malawi. On some of these projects we are part of the Monitoring a nd Financial Management Agents (FMA).
